Binance coin (BNB) and Bitcoin (BTC) will be accepted as payment in an auction of luxury property located at 1 Beech Lane, Casuanna, New South Wales (NSW), Australia on 18 April 2019.

Another highlight in the history of cryptocurrency industry will be happening on 18 April 2019 as a property in New Wales, Australia will be auctioned through the use of cryptocurrencies for the very first time.

 

One of the primary reasons for creating cryptocurrencies is to offer a more convenient way of transacting payments through a cashless and borderless system to people.

 

On 10 March 2019, Changpheng Zao, CEO of Binance, confirmed through his official Twitter account that an auction will be happening on 18 April 2019 where BNB cryptocurrencies will be accepted as payments.  

 

“The world’s first live property auction using cryptocurrency streaming. Accepting Bitcoin & Binance Coin #useBNB,” Changpheng Zao tweeted.

 

Changpheng Zao’s tweet has gained various comments and opinions, but most of them were looking at the positive side.

 

One Twitter user with a username of @rallyqt said, “This house is futuristic! It’s for sale for 471 Bitcoins $BTC or I’m guessing ~200k Binance coin $BNB. The crypto price is way cheaper than fiat price. Nice.”  

 

“Unreal progress. Mass adoption is near. Thank you @cz_binance and team,” another Twitter user with a username of @vu_tron said.

The auction of the luxury property in New Wales is another proof that acceptance of cryptocurrencies is progressing and growing as days pass by.

 

The exact location of the property is at 1 Beech Lane, Casuarina, New South Wales (NSW), Australia.

 

According to the official blog posted at realestate.com.au., the property features the following:
